3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge
Hello everybody! We hope you had a great weekend and that your Monday is off to a great start! It’s been really warm here this week, and we’ve been loving it! If you follow us on Instagram, then you’d see that we’ve been posting photos from a Hilton Head Island vacation from a couple years ago (before we started our blog). It’s really got us itching to go to a beach soon and it’s given us some spring fever! (come on Spring, we’re ready for you, allergies and all!)
If you’ve ever made peanut butter fudge (or any kind of fudge), then you know that it can be really difficult! And if you’re anything like us, sometimes you don’t want to put in all that effort, just for it not to turn out! So, today, we’re showing you a way that’s really easy and quick! Not only is it quick: but it also only has 3 ingredients! Yes, that’s right, only 3! You’ll be able to whip up a batch of these anytime you want. Maybe just don’t eat the whole pan at once….
If you love fudge, but can’t have dairy than you know the struggle of wanting fudge, but not wanting the consequences of eating all the dairy that comes with it! So, not only is this fudge really easy and fast to make, doesn’t have a lot of ingredients, but it’s also dairy free, all while being absolutely delicious! But don’t just take our word for it! Give it a try for yourself (we promise it won’t take long!)
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 6 Tbsp Almond Milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- In the microwave, melt the peanut butter in 30 second increments.
- Add the powdered sugar and start mixing it together. Once it starts to get a little stiff, add the almond milk and vanilla.
- Once it’s all mixed together, press into an 8X8 in pan.
- Cut and Enjoy! 🙂
