Dairy-Free Fudge-Filled Cookie Bars

We’ve stuffed these Dairy-Free Fudge-Filled Cookie Bars with as much of it as possible! These are a chocolate lovers dream and perfect for any occasion!



  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup vegan butter room temp.
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs room temp.
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups dairy-free chocolate chunks

For the filling

  • 1 bag dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1 can dairy-free sweetened condensed milk


  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

  2. Cream together the butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

  3. Mix in dry ingredients until almost fully incorporated, then mix in the chocolate chunks

  4. Press half of the dough into the bottom of a 9x9 inch pan, lined with parchment paper.

For the Filling:

  1. In the microwave, melt together the chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk. Pour into the 9x9 pan.

  2. With the remaining half of the dough, press it into a square large enough to cover the top of the chocolate fudge. Lay on top of the fudge.

  3. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.

Recipe Notes

This recipe can easily be made non dairy free if you'd wish. Simply use regular butter and sweetened condensed milk.
